For JetBlue tickets booked seven days or more prior to the scheduled departure date, customers have 24 hours from the time of their booking to cancel their reservation without any cancellation charges. A JetBlue flight booking changed within 24 hours of the original booking is not eligible for a credit card refund and is subject to a cancellation charge.

Changing or Canceling a JetBlue Airlines Reservation?

Blue Basic fare

For JetBlue bookings made through Jun 7 2021 and from Aug 25-Oct 31 2021:

• There will be no fee to change or cancel but the fare difference will be applicable for flight changes.
• For voluntary flight changes made from Jun 8-Aug 24 2021 and on or after Nov 1, 2021. Current fare rules, including a fee for future changes or cancellations, will apply based on the new ticketing date.

For JetBlue bookings made or changed from Jun 8-Aug 24 2021 and on or after Nov 1, 2021:

• $100 fee per person change/cancel fee for routes in the U.S., Mexico, Caribbean, and Central America. For all other routes, there’ll be a $200 per person change/cancel fee.
• The fare difference and fare rules on the date of change apply for flight changes.
• Without paying a fare difference, same-day confirmed changes can be made for $75 per person (no fee for Mosaic members).
